Seasoned Chicken Breast with Curried
Garbanzo Rice & Vegetables




Recipe

Chicken:
  1. Lightly coat a 6oz chicken breast with olive oil.
  2. Apply an even coat of Chef Paul Poultry Magic (POU201) 0.25 ounce.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Curried Garbanzo Rice & Vegetables:
  1. Thaw 1 bag Harmony Cuisine Curried Garbanzo & Vegetables (04366) 24 hours prior in refrigeration.
  2. Reheat in steamer or in boiling water.
  3. Serve 3 oz portion along side chicken breast & salad.

Rain Forest Black Bean & Cheese Wrap



Recipe (makes approx. 15 wraps):

  1. Thaw and re-heat one bag of Rain Forest Black Bean Simmer (46oz) Code 04247
  2. Spread a thin layer of sour cream on the wrap (approximately 0.5 oz)
  3. Fold & Place in oven for 10 minutes at 375 Fahrenheit
  4. Add 1.5 ounces of shredded mozzarella
  5. Fold & place in oven for 10 minutes
  6. Cut diagonally into two pieces and cover
  7. Serve with Salad or French Fries

 
Whole Grain 5 Blend with Sautéed Vegetables



Recipe

  1. Prepare 2lbs Whole Grain 5 Blend (12101IH) as per directions on bag
  2. Add Savory Creations Liquid Chicken or Vegetable Broth (recommended option)
  3. Chop 2 small onions, ½ pound of mushrooms and 2 large zucchinis into small pieces (approx. ¼ inch) (can vary the vegetables).
  4. Add 0.5 ounce Chef Paul Vegetable Magic (VEG201)
  5. Sautee the vegetables in vegetable oil on medium-high heat until ready and slightly browned.
  6. Mix the rice and the vegetables together.
  7. Serve with any protein.
